Michael Abraham is a managing partner at Concerto, which he co-founded in 2005 and where he developed the iBoxx and iTraxx fixed income and credit default swap indices.
Previously Michael was managing director at FACT Management Consulting, a leading financial management consulting and IT house serving the asset management and insurance industry.
Prior to FACT he was a senior project manager of Metzler Consulting, the advisory division of Metzler Bank, Treasurer / Financial Manager with Dow Chemical Europe, and FX Options trader with Manufacturer Hanover Trust New York.
Michael holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Syracuse University, New York.
Christian Schedling, managing partner and co-founder of Concerto, is responsible for new index concepts and product development.
Christian has twenty years of experience in the financial industry focusing on fixed income, structured and index products. In these areas he has worked for the industry leading banks Nomura, Deutsche Bank and Investec in London before moving to Frankfurt where he developed the iBoxx index families, the iTraxx CDS indices and Index related products.
Christian is a longstanding member of the EFFAS European Bond Commission where he was a board member for eight years.
